About the role
We are looking for a Midweight Designer who wants to create the best work of their career. The role is integral to maintaining our position as a leader in the industry. As a Designer, your primary responsibility is to produce exceptional design solutions that not only meet, but exceed client expectations. Collaborating closely with the wider creative teams, Client Services and Strategy, you will challenge and shape creative briefs, ensuring projects are insightful, confident, and delivering unique ideas. Effective communication with the wider teams are crucial, fostering open, supportive and honest inter-company relationships. Are you a design virtuoso with a passion for crafting exceptional and insightful creative solutions? Design Bridge and Partners is in search of a first-class Midweight Designer to join our innovative team. We're seeking someone with a critical eye for detail, a collaborative spirit to work seamlessly within teams and across the studio, and strong verbal communication and presentation skills. As a Designer, you'll not only produce outstanding work but also inspire and collaborate with fellow designers. Your expertise and understanding of a rage of brands and clients will be pivotal in shaping groundbreaking designs.
