About the role

We’re on the lookout for a Midweight Designer to join our London studio, someone bursting with ideas, buzzing with energy, and ready to bring bold brands to life.

This isn’t your typical design gig. You’ll be shaping the visual worlds of some of the biggest global brands, enterprise giants with reach and impact, as well as fast-moving consumer names with attitude and ambition. One day, you might be reimagining the identity of a global telecom powerhouse; the next, you’re building a visual playground for a new disruptor brand making noise in the market.

You’ll get stuck in from day one, concepting, sketching, crafting, and finessing work that lives across everything from brand worlds and digital experiences to motion and packaging. We work collaboratively (no egos here), so you’ll be teaming up with strategists, writers, and motion designers to make the work that moves people.

About you

You’re a designer with big ideas and sharp instinct, someone who can think strategically, design beautifully, and knows how to flex their creativity to suit the challenge at hand.

You’ve got a portfolio that turns heads: thoughtful, well-crafted, and full of energy. It shows range, working across brand identities, digital, motion, packaging. Ideally, a mix of enterprise and consumer brands. You know how to speak to different audiences, whether it’s with smart simplicity or brave expression.

You’re confident when sharing your thinking, open to collaboration and feedback, and thrive when surrounded by creative energy. Most importantly, you’re excited by the idea of pushing ideas further, going deeper than the brief, and building brands that leave a lasting impression.

Why us?

We’re passionate about our people and their careers. We’ll help you develop your skills and provide you with outstanding benefits. So you’ll have a chance to make your mark on our future, as we make a mark on yours. We’re proud to be the world’s most awarded brand design agency, with 28 Cannes Lions to our name and Creative Review Annual’s Most Creative Design Agency of the Year 2024. You’ll get to take new projects to award-winning potential, as part of a connected team of brilliant, tenacious people right by your side and across the world.

We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.

Design Bridge and Partners, a WPP company, is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for all positions without discrimination or regard to particular characteristics. We are committed to fostering a culture of respect in which everyone feels they belong and has the same opportunities to progress in their careers.

Due to the volume of applications, we unfortunately can only respond to successful candidates.

We will not accept unsolicited CVs or approaches via recruitment agencies.
