Who are we?
A world where complexity is the only constant demands a new breed of company. Brave Bison is a different beast: a media, marketing and technology company purpose built for the digital era.
Our universe is made up of award-winning business arms Brave Bison, Engage and SocialChain. And we’re underpinned by our very own social-first media network who deliver monthly views in the billions for some of the biggest channels in sport and entertainment across YouTube, Snap, Meta and TikTok.
We’re a global collective who live and breathe digital, working with some of the boldest brands in the world to capitalise on the complexity that defines the modern marketing landscape.
Our mission
New platforms, new behaviours, new audiences, new trends, new technologies, new regulations—our clients’ worlds get more complex daily. Their agency partnerships shouldn’t. It’s our job to cut through the chaos, make the complex simple and navigate a clear path to growth for them.
That’s why we make it our mission to capitalise on complexity for our clients—by crafting dynamic digital solutions that outpace tomorrow’s challenges.
Our values
We’re a proudly diverse business comprised of deep specialists across social media, digital marketing and technology. Although our skills, backgrounds and beliefs may differ, we are united by four core shared values:
- Bold Curiosity
We run at change and challenge convention because we love to push the boundaries of what the world thinks is possible. We champion discovery, go deep into our clients’ worlds and are always hungry to learn more about them, our specialisms and each other. - Connected Clarity
We are focused in our collaboration — joining the right dots between our clients, our partners and our herd of experts to deliver agile solutions at speed and scale. We set a shared ambition from the outset, are transparent at every stage and always strive to make the complex simple. - Positive Encouragement. We want to make working with us the best part of someone’s day. We lift one other up, find the fun in the day to day and are committed to ensuring everyone belongs.
- Constant Impact. We believe in outcomes over outputs. We’re goal orientated, results driven and data-led. We show up with passion every day. And we’re always honing our craft.

A team of creatives, content creators, community builders, platform natives, tech innovators, and trend starters – perfectly balanced with talented and experienced marketing strategists, comms planners, client leaders and data specialists.
Together, we strengthen our clients’ SocialChains by building a stronger connection between people and their brand.
Your team
We are Creators.
We are a hybrid mix of talent from all across the Social landscape.
A team that chose to specialise in the everchanging world of Social.
We are the internet’s finest makers, thinkers, writers, designers and film makers, coming together as one to create work you would want to watch and play with – work that works for our audience.
The day-to-day
As a Creative in this team, your primary responsibility is to the work.
Crafting best-in-class, cutting edge, insightful social work that puts people first.
We need you to protect the ideas and our client’s social accounts, the craft and artistry that goes into them, working on multiple projects at any one time, ensuring all deadlines are met and budgets adhered to.
Champion the work
As a Creative, your primary focus should be the work – achieving best in class, ground-breaking, first to market, trend setting and following work that works?
You will work across the full spectrum of jobs, from content ideation and creation to platform strategy to campaign thinking and managing shoots – this is an opportunity to learn, grow and develop a wide set of the skills, as well as focus on those you feel most passionate about.
You should stay inspired, motivated and excited about what we do and how we go about it, sharing this enthusiasm with the more junior members of the team.
Keep talking
None of us can do this alone - to help us achieve our vision it’s vital that you liaise with other Creatives and ACD/CDs within the business, maintaining an open and honest dialogue.
Building solid relationships within the agency is key to great work – we win as a team, lose as a team.
Seek inspiration
We all need to stay creatively inspired – to keep your cup of inspiration brimming.
You have to nurture creativity, seek it out and celebrate it within the teams and the agency as a whole.
As a Creative, it’s your responsibility to evangelise creativity within the team – help people understand, appreciate and fall in love with creativity – this passion is infectious, so let’s spreads it.
Pitching in
You will be asked to work on new business pitches.
That’s not to say you will work on all of them, but you will be expected to assist – both on the pitch itself, and in clearing the decks for those that are working on them, back filling roles with internal or external support, and managing deadlines to ensure we meet the needs of existing clients.
JOB PURPOSE
Reporting into the ACD, this role is a midweight position within the team - as such, you will be expected to support, champion and embody the values of the agency, but at the same time have the space to grow and develop your skillsets. You will lead on smaller briefs, develop messaging frameworks, and refine campaign ideas. Priority is social-first content ideation to scope, KPIs and budget.
You are here to create the best work of your career and support others in doing so.
As a Creative, you are here to come up with best-in-class creative solutions, champion craft and help the work find its feet, come to life and reach its full potential.
You are the gatekeeper of great work.
This should be fiercely protected and evangelised with the team and wider agency and always, always come first - protect, nurture and support great ideas.
You are required to have a deep understanding of all your projects, ensuring Senior Creatives/ACDs are kept in the loop and up to speed at all times.
You are responsible for managing your workload, liaising with Resource and more senior members of the team to manage the flow of work, maintain the high Creative standards we have set out and ensure deadlines are met.
It is your responsibility to identify and raise issues with the work - escalating to the Creative Lead on the project as soon as possible.
