Key Accountabilities
- Working with the Executive Design Director, Creative Leads and Creative Directors to interpret client briefs, supporting in the development of creative ideas and concepts with supporting visual assets (mood boards, identities, visuals) as appropriate in answer to the brief.
- Develop pitch decks, visuals, and digital assets applying concepts and brands in thoughtful and impactful ways.
- Work with the team to represent the client's strategic objectives.
- Work with the Scenic and Production team, Print Managers, and external print suppliers to create designs and artwork that are accurate and deliverable, to budget.
- Create assets for our digital platforms and the internal D-Lab team.
- Comprehend and adhere to key pitch and project milestones, communicating with the Workflow Manager to prioritise project requirements and ensure project scope is delivered to deadline..
- Work across multiple projects, liaising with other creatives and departments, as necessary.
- To be aware of, and stay in touch with industry trends.
- All other duties appropriate to the role.
Skills & Experience
- A proven track record (2-3 years) of delivering creative graphics projects within a creative agency environment.
- A clear understanding of client strategic and brand objectives.
- Experience in digital design, applying impactful graphic design to digital output.
- Experience working within creative and multi-disciplinary teams is an advantage.
- Understanding of graphic design in event and environment spaces, interpreting existing brands and budget expectations.
- Software knowledge: Adobe CC Suite, including XD and Express, Keynote, Figma, alongside a desire to learn and develop, embracing emerging softwares and AI platforms.
