You’ll support the day-to-day design needs of our rapidly expanding organisation, creating visually compelling layouts and assets that align with our writing-driven, content-focused brand. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global teams across product, sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring you have a far-reaching impact within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Brand Guardianship: Act as the design champion for AutogenAI, ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external assets by maintaining colour, type, and visual standards.
  • End-to-End Design Ownership: Take ownership of a variety of editorially driven deliverables, including eBooks, brochures, polished flat lays, and other materials that support our content-focused approach. Projects will also include presentations, event collateral, social media posts, newsletters, PPC ads, and more.
  • Concept Development: Develop and execute original designs by hand or with software, ensuring color, text, font style, imagery, and layouts effectively communicate our brand and support our text-heavy, editorially oriented content.
  • Organise and Maintain Assets: Maintain organised and accessible design files, master assets, and versioning to support team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Specialists: Work with external design specialists or agencies as needed to meet project requirements.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Creative Problem Solver: Exceptional creativity and craftsmanship with a strong grasp of design principles, particularly within editorial contexts, to consistently deliver polished, professional layouts.
  • Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for detail, particularly in fine-tuning typography, color consistency, and layout for text-based, editorial-style projects.
  • Tech-Savvy Designer: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva, enabling you to efficiently produce high-quality, detail-oriented assets.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively within a writing-focused, content-driven framework.
  • Organized & Efficient: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple editorial and content-driven design tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, whether in a creative or marketing agency, or an in-house role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your versatility and design strengths.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of current design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to deliver highly polished work with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Problem-Solving: A demonstrated ability to solve creative challenges with innovative design solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Design Experience in SaaS or Tech: Experience working within a SaaS or tech company, helping elevate a brand’s visual identity.
  • Event Design: Experience designing event collateral and assets that help bring brand experiences to life.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 gross per annum, dependent on skills and experience specific to the role.
  • Stock Options: Meaningful equity in the company.
  • Retirement Plan: Pension scheme to help secure your future.
  • Paid Time Off: Unlimited annual leave (Yes, you read right!)
  • Flexible Work Options: Hybrid-working with two office days per week in our beautiful central London office, plus flexible working arrangements.
  • Additional Perks: Top-of-the-range laptop (Mac or Windows), regular company events to connect with teammates, and opportunities for continued professional development.

Work environment:

  • Customer-Centric Innovation: We thrive on understanding and acting on our customers’ needs, believing that their success drives our success.
  • Ownership & Impact: Everyone takes initiative, owns challenges, and moves quickly to deliver results, often breaking the rules to do what’s right.
  • Continuous Learning & Bold Experimentation: We embrace change, celebrate learning from failures, and always push the boundaries to raise the bar.
  • Transparency & Trust: We value open, honest communication, with feedback and collaboration at the core of everything we do.
