THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a mid-level creative team to join our growing London department and help shape exceptional work for some of the world’s most iconic brands.
Your mission: develop groundbreaking ideas wherever a customer interacts with a brand—whether in 1-2-1 comms, on-the-ground experiences, social engagement, advertising, or brand experiences. Great ideas transcend channels, but some are sparked by a deep understanding of a specific platform or medium.
You’ll both be curious, imaginative, and ready to craft bold, impactful work that resonates in culture. One of you loves writing, tailoring a brand’s voice to every medium and moment. The other thrives on crafting visual systems that captivate across all formats. Together, you’ll embrace constant learning, draw inspiration from the world around you, and push creative boundaries.
At Ogilvy, you’ll have the tools, support, and freedom to do your best work—and redefine what’s possible. Bring your ideas. Bring your experiences. Bring your unique story and perspective. Diverse thinking leads to better ideas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Do the best work of your life
- Deliver on time and against the brief while also bringing proactive genius
- Develop your craft
- Learn from everyone
- Work closely with junior teams to help develop their creative thinking and craft
ABOUT YOU:
- You’re driven, creative, and culturally aware, and you’re passionate about pushing creative boundaries with fresh, exciting ideas.
- You’ll be able to work in any medium and understand the different powers of each.
- You’ll probably have experience working in an integrated agency, experience in the customer engagement space will be an advantage, but not essential.
- Your portfolio showcases bold thinking and impactful creative strategies.
- You tackle challenges head-on, crafting unique solutions and turning complexity into compelling campaigns.
- You have an enthusiasm for growth, an openness to feedback, and a drive to constantly improve.
