We’re looking for a midweight creative with a passion for beauty, aesthetics, and social storytelling to join our team on the Galderma Aesthetics account - global leader in aesthetic medicine.
This role sits within our always-on social retainer, spanning six channels across Instagram and TikTok, including GAIN, Aesthetics by Galderma, Restylane, and Sculptra. You’ll be responsible for developing fresh, insight-led creative ideas that drive engagement, strengthen brand identity, and reflect the innovation of Galderma’s aesthetic portfolio - from hyaluronic acid injectables and collagen biostimulators to botulinum toxin.
We’re looking for someone who’s not only conceptually strong but also hands-on in content creation (shooting on iPhone and possible DSLR) and production.
You’ll work with the team to take ideas from concept through to asset delivery, helping to shape shoots, capture content at live events, conferences and work alongside our production team to bring campaigns to life.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating and editing content on the fly, with a solid understanding of what performs on social media and how to adapt creative across platforms.
You’ll be doing:
- Concept and develop social-first creative ideas across Galderma’s suite of global channels (4 x Instagram / 2 x Tiktok)
- Collaborate closely with strategy, social community manager, design, and production teams to deliver high-quality, consistent content.
- Attending and capturing content at live events, conferences, and small scale shoots - with the ability to direct, shoot,
- Stay on top of cultural trends, platform updates, and beauty/aesthetics conversations to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Work with community manager and production team to support content planning and production timelines to ensure smooth delivery across channels.
- Bonus:
- Light editing on either Capcut or Premier Pro for quick-turn social assets
You are:
- A creative thinker with 3–5 years’ experience in social-first content creation (agency or brand side).
- Comfortable both behind the camera and overseeing post-production, with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling.
- Passionate about the aesthetics and beauty industry, with a deep understanding of tone, nuance, and compliance in this category.
