Mid-Senior Video Editor

The role

You’ll be the video specialist in a small creative studio with a big remit, helping shape how Sabre shows up through video across the business.

You’ll spend most of your time editing, working across everything from campaigns, social and events to product demos, customer content and internal communications. You’ll also bring motion graphics into the mix, advise teams on how to make their ideas work on screen, and help coordinate video projects from brief through to delivery.

The role reports in to our Head of Creative, working alongside designers, motion specialists and teams across the business. You'll ideally be based in London to attend on-location shoots in our Richmond office, but we’re open to candidates based elsewhere in the UK who can travel when needed.

What you’ll do

  • Edit and deliver video content across campaigns, social, events, product demos, customer content and internal communications
  • Shape footage into engaging stories through strong editing, pacing, sound and visual treatment, adapting your approach from polished brand content to fast-moving, social-first edits
  • Create motion graphics that bring video content to life and reinforce the Sabre brand
  • Advise marketing teams and stakeholders on video concepts, formats, production approaches and what will work best for the audience and channel
  • Coordinate video projects from brief through to delivery, working with internal teams, freelancers, production partners and other suppliers where needed
  • Work closely with external creative agencies on video production, helping shape the creative approach and ensuring the final output meets the brief and the Sabre standard
  • Attend and support shoots when required, helping shape the creative approach and making sure the footage captured gives the edit what it needs

What you’ll bring

  • Strong video editing skills and a portfolio that shows excellent storytelling, pacing and visual judgement
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, with good working knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics
  • Experience taking video projects from brief through to final delivery, managing your own projects and keeping things moving
  • The ability to understand what a project needs creatively and translate that into a practical production approach
  • Good communication and project management skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders who aren't video specialists
  • A collaborative, curious approach and a good understanding of what makes video work across different audiences, platforms and formats

Extra skills

We're primarily looking for a strong video editor. If you also bring skills in areas such as filming, camera operation, advanced motion design, photography, 3D or AI video tools, we'd love to hear about them. Experience directing shoots or working with external production companies would also be valuable. Specialist skills that add breadth to the role may be reflected in the salary offered.

Benefits that support you We know support looks different for everyone. That is why Sabre offers benefits beyond medical and financial coverage, with programs designed to support your well-being, growth and life outside work:

  • Competitive pay and performance-based bonuses

  • Flexible work options

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage

  • Strong retirement planning support

  • Family-friendly benefits

  • Professional development opportunities

We will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria. You will receive separate notification as your application progresses. Please note that only candidates who meet the minimum criteria for the role will proceed in the selection process.
