We’re looking for a passionate and creative Mid/Senior UI/UX Designer to join Robusta, a leading digital agency that crafts human-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience from concept to delivery, ensuring that every product we design is both functional and delightful.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Design consistent, scalable UI components and design systems.
- Ensure designs align with business goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and implementation.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes within the team.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work (from research to final visuals).
- Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience working on both web and mobile platforms.
- Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus.
- Experience in fintech or digital product environments is an advantage.
