Job Description:
Join a high-craft team building the "Cursor for writing." You will develop a local-first, minimalist editor that serves as a thinking partner for serious writers. Using Next.js and LangGraph, you'll solve complex challenges in real-time AI collaboration, agent orchestration, and seamless syncing to empower journalists and researchers worldwide.

What you will do:

• Engineer a high-performance, local-first writing interface using TypeScript, Tailwind v4, and ProseMirror for an elite user experience.

• Architect sophisticated agentic workflows using LangGraph and modern reasoning models to create an integrated, context-aware AI writing partner.

• Collaborate directly with customers to define and ship end-to-end features, from inline AI suggestions to complex version tracking systems.

The ideal candidate:

• Professional experience building complex frontend applications with React/Next.js and a deep obsession with interaction quality and craft.

• Strong interest or experience in local-first architecture and integrating LLMs/agentic systems into production-ready software products.

• A generalist mindset with excellent product instincts who appreciates high-quality tools like Linear, Superhuman, or Notion.
