Job Title: Mid Market Account Executive

Location: London, UK - Hybrid

This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our London office 2 days a week. Candidates must be both based in the UK and have British citizenship or appropriate British work authorization.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Clari / Salesloft, our Mid Market Account Executive will be pivotal to our company’s success. We are looking for relentless sellers to join our high-performing sales team—someone who excels at identifying untapped opportunities, navigating complex procurement cycles, and winning new logos. You won’t just manage a territory; you will dominate it by pursuing prospective customers and converting them into high-value partnerships.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Educating the market about the power of Clari / Salesloft and generating opportunities with net new customers.
  • Forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to sell an impactful and revolutionary software that is changing the way sellers sell.  You will have an opportunity to make a difference.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated and strategic ‘hunter’ who is laser-focused on generating net-new business within North America.  Specifically, you will play a pivotal role in solidifying our position as an anchor technology company within the U.S. by winning high visibility deals and crushing your annual quota.  As a top-performer, you will have immense growth potential and unlimited opportunity to make an impact.

 THE TEAM:

Our Clari / Salesloft Mid Market sales team sales team brings together established performers and high-potential sales professionals who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

  • Vision: Fundamentally transform the way buyers and sellers drive repeatable outcomes
  • Mission: Bring science to the art of sales

The Mid Market sales team consists of results-oriented SaaS sales professionals with a strong hunter mentality and a desire to win.  In addition, they share a few common traits: they are self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about evangelizing the future of sales innovation. 

THE SKILL SET:

  • 5–7+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a net-new hunting role within complex software environments
  • Demonstrated success owning the full sales cycle, closing six-figure ARR deals across 6–9+ month sales cycles
  • Proven ability to build and navigate executive-level relationships (C-suite, VPs, Directors)
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and negotiation skills
  • Experience leading product demos and executive presentations
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment and overachievement
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator, leveraging Sales Development, Sales Engineering, and Marketing resources to drive pipeline and close 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
