Now we are searching for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join the UK team to help us on this path and meet our growth objectives.

The role:

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Leapwork, you will be focused on identifying, prospecting into and closing Commercial/Mid-Market customers across the UK.

  • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to close utilising the MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment to team with BDR's, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Channel Partners to drive revenue and contribute to quarterly growth goals
  • Generate new leads through networking and prospecting, including cold calling, as well as using marketing and PR activities of the company
  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities, challenges, and provide recommended solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position Leapwork's offerings

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2 years Software Sales experience with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets
  • The ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Experience in executing a MEDDIC/MEDDPICC/Command of the Message sales methodology
  • New Business (Hunter) mentality
  • Commitment to driving Pipeline Generation (PG) and executing against a PG structure
  • Experience selling to IT stakeholders 
  • Highly structured mindset and account planning skills
  • Experience from working with partners and manage these relations alongside your own accounts
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies
  • High energy and attention to detail
