- Conduct research and use benchmarking to industry standards.
- Conduct quality system / process reviews, provide customer interface, and ensure preventive and corrective action.
- Review products, processes, equipment, and measurement systems.
- Develop or utilize statistical process improvement methods.
- Provide technical expertise to company employees,suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensures compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements to assure quality system compliance.
- Provide education and coaching on the Quality Management System.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years experience in Quality, in a Specialist, Quality Engineer or Management role
- Must be proficient in Microsoft products such as Power Point, Excel, and Word
- Must have good communication skills
- Basic Engineering Blueprint/Specification understanding
- Experience working across departments and/or with suppliers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Proficient in root cause analysis methodology
- Experience in AS9100 or NADCAP Audits
- CATIA/VWI knowledge
- RCCA experience
- Experienced desired with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and team-based environment
- Ability to prioritize requests from multiple sources and support requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
