SUMMARY:
As a Fullstack Engineer, you will work across the front end, back end, and infrastructure. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our web applications, ensuring they are efficient, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.
We are looking for a Fullstack engineer with a strong front-end skillset and expertise in modern component frameworks with React and Next.js. You’ll also have back-end experience with Express or Nest.js. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment and is passionate about learning and improving their craft.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:
You will join our engineering team and be a valued member working closely in a collaborative, autonomous, cross-functional team. You will help with the following:
- Building new applications from scratch, including both front-facing and back-office platforms.
- Developing and integrating payment providers, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Architecting and implementing new features, focusing on performance and scalability.
- Prototyping and evaluating potential solutions, collaborating with the team to determine the best approach.
- Engaging with business stakeholders to understand problems and design effective solutions.
- Collaborating in a cross-functional team, brainstorming solutions and solving technical challenges.
- Owning the product lifecycle, contributing to development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Participating in on-call application support, ensuring system reliability.
- Writing and maintaining high-quality documentation for internal tools and products.
This is not just a heads-down coding role—you’ll have a say in what we build and why, ensuring we deliver impactful and scalable solutions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- We’re looking for Engineers with at least 5 years of experience in fullstack development for Mid-level roles and at least 7 years of experience for Senior roles, with expertise in the following:
Core Skills:
- JavaScript & TypeScript – Deep understanding of modern JavaScript and TypeScript best practices.
- React – Experience building front-end applications with a modern component-based framework.
- Node.js & Next.js – Proven expertise in server-side rendering development, with Next.js being a strong plus.
- Express.js – Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- SQL & RDBMS – Schema design, performance optimisation, and best practices.
- Version Control (Git) – Comfortable with branching strategies, pull requests, and resolving merge conflicts.
- HTTP & REST APIs – Strong understanding of API design principles and performance considerations.
- Bash & Linux – Familiarity with command-line tools, shell scripting, and working in a Linux environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
Tools & Technologies:
- JS Package Managers – NPM, Yarn, or pnpm.
- Testing & Linting – Experience with Jest, Babel, and ESLint.
- Build Tools – Webpack and modern front-end build pipelines.
- Containerization & Orchestration – Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD Pipelines – Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD or similar tools.
- CSS Frameworks – Proficiency with Tailwind CSS.
- Monitoring & Logging – Experience with Kibana, Grafana, and OpenAPI.
- Markdown – Ability to write clear, structured documentation.
AWESOME BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- Experience with alternative payment provider integrations.
- Knowledge of alternative message brokers or event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience with additional AWS services.
- Familiarity with GraphQL or other API query languages.
