What you will do:
Design and ship production-ready features rapidly to establish Fleetcraft as the industry standard for aircraft certification.
Architect scalable technical foundations that integrate LLMs and voice AI into complex, real-world aerospace workflows.
Partner directly with the CEO and CTO to define the long-term engineering roadmap and organizational culture.
The ideal candidate:
Proven track record of shipping high-quality software in fast-paced startup environments or safety-critical engineering domains.
Deep technical expertise in building complex systems, with a strong interest in aerospace, LLMs, or hardware integration.
High agency and an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable making foundational architecture decisions with minimal oversight.
