Day rate: £375-£500
Project duration: 4-6 months, starting in July/August
Location: Hybrid in London
We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide.
They are looking for a junior to mid-level PMO / Project Support Consultant with hands-on experience using Microsoft Project / Microsoft Project Online / Project Web App. The role will support project planning, reporting and coordination across active delivery workstreams.

Tasks
* Setup and structure Microsoft Project Online for a new programme
* Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies and key delivery updates within Microsoft Project Online / PWA
* Support PMO reporting, including status updates, resource tracking, risks, issues and governance packs
* Work with project managers and stakeholders to keep project information accurate, timely and aligned with delivery requirements
Requirements
* An independent consultant
* Practical experience with Microsoft Project Online, Project Web App or Microsoft Project
* Strong project coordination / PMO support skills, including planning, reporting and documentation
* Good stakeholder management, attention to detail and ability to work across multiple workstreams
* Consultancy background is preferred
