Technimove are looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant to deliver, configure and support M365 solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. You’ll play a key role in migration and transformation projects, working closely with senior consultants and architects to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers.
What you’ll be doing:Deliver Microsoft 365 solutions across cloud and hybrid environments
Execute tenant-to-tenant and AD migrations (Quest ODM)
Configure and deploy Intune and Windows Autopilot
Implement security & compliance controls (MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint security)
Support HLD/LLD design activities
Troubleshoot complex M365, identity, and endpoint issues
Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and solution design
Ensure delivery aligns with best practice, timelines, and quality standards
Strong experience across Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID)
Proven track record delivering tenant-to-tenant migrations
Hands-on experience with Quest On Demand Migration (ODM)
Solid knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management
Good understanding of M365 security & compliance
Experience working in a project delivery environment
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
Identity & Access OR Endpoint Administrator Associate
Quest ODM certification (or equivalent experience)
Azure Administrator / Security / Compliance certifications
Experience with BitTitan MigrationWiz or ShareGate
