About the role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) Specialist to join our team in Customer Implementation Services. This is a client-facing position where you will be responsible for advising and guiding organizations through the planning and implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) and OpenID Connect (OIDC) configurations. This role may involve occasional travel to customer locations. Please note that the final job title may be subject to change based on experience and business needs

Responsibilities

Serve as the second level consultant for client engagements and technical onboarding issue resolution focused on Microsoft Entra ID setup and integration.

Conduct workshops and presentations to explain Entra ID features, SSO workflows, and OIDC standards.

Lead the configuration conversation of SSO solutions (OIDC, SAML, OAuth 2.0) across client applications and environments for top 50 LSEG accounts globally.

Provide step-by-step guidance to client IT teams on Azure AD/Entra configuration, including application registration, token management, and claims mapping.

Solve and resolve identity and access management issues, clearly communicating resolutions to collaborators.

Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials for client handover.
Act as a trusted advisor, staying ahead of on Microsoft identity platform updates and recommending improvements to clients.

Qualifications

5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).

Strong expertise in SSO and OIDC configuration, including integration of enterprise and third-party applications.

In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization standards: OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, WS-Fed.

Demonstrable ability to explain technical concepts in clear, client-friendly terms.

Experience delivering client-facing workshops, technical guidance, and solution presentations.

Familiarity with Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with hybrid identity deployments (on-prem AD integrated with Entra ID).

Knowledge and experience of migrating applications from an Identity Provider onto MSFT Entra.

Knowledge of using multiple Identity providers within applications.  

Knowledge of Zero Trust security models and identity governance.

PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API scripting experience.

Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-300, SC-100, AZ-500) strongly preferred.
