- 3+ years of hands-on experience in administration and deployment of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.
- Deep experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Automate (Flow & Desktop)
- Power Virtual Agents
- Power Apps
- Strong working knowledge of Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and Managed Identities.
- Good understanding of Power Automate licensing and best practices for automating business workflows.
- Development/scripting experience using:
- PowerShell (primary)
- Bash
- Microsoft Graph API
- Python
- RESTful and other 3rd-party APIs
- Experience with identity federation and access control using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Intermediate written and spoken English is required.
- Administer and maintain core Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and OneDrive.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform automation and low-code/no-code solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Virtual Agents).
- Create and manage Azure Automation Runbooks, Logic Apps, and custom scripts to support business and operational needs.
- Implement automation for identity lifecycle management, user onboarding/offboarding, and compliance workflows.
- Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot API integrations with external systems and internal services.
- Ensure documentation of all automations, scripts, and configuration changes.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-900 or higher).
- Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-100, MS-101, SC-series, AZ-series) or equivalent knowledge.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview: Sensitivity Labels, DLP, eDiscovery, Insider Risk Management.
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines involving automation and infrastructure as code.
