To support operational excellence, world-class manufacturing, and sustainable growth, you will lead regional reliability initiatives focused on condition-based monitoring, optimized maintenance planning, and scheduling across multiple European plants. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Asset Reliability, you will embed proactive maintenance practices, drive data-driven decision-making, and enhance asset performance, ensuring our production facilities meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and quality.
How You Will Contribute
Working with site teams and key stakeholders, you will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of condition-based monitoring (CBM) programs across multiple plants, leveraging advanced technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound.


  • Standardize maintenance planning and scheduling processes to maximize resource utilization, minimize unplanned downtime, and enhance operational efficiency.


  • Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis (RCA), and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) to identify and eliminate recurring issues.


  • Collaborate with site teams to align on reliability priorities, integrating CBM insights into maintenance schedules and work order management.


  • Provide technical leadership, training, and support to site teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and reliability excellence.


  • Report directly to the Senior Manager for Asset Reliability, presenting progress, strategies, and measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM): Expertise in deploying and managing CBM technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound.


  • Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Strong skills in optimizing processes and utilizing CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo).


  • Reliability Engineering: Demonstrated success in applying FMEA, RCA, and RCM principles to drive asset performance improvements.


  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and work effectively across multiple locations.


  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of engineering disciplines, with hands-on experience in reliability-focused roles.
