Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for our valued customers, which are some of the best renowned and iconic sports teams in the world ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience with our products and services. You'll be responsible for managing accounts, processing orders, resolving inquiries, and building strong relationships with our clients.


What You'll Do

  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, follow-up, and fulfillment.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product/service information.

  • Order Management: Process orders efficiently, track shipments, and proactively communicate any supply chain issues or delays.

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals, provide price quotes, and offer product recommendations.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including logistics, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Experience liaising with high-profile brands.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Interest in football and/or design.

  • Proficiency in Spanish required (written and spoken)
