About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Membership Coordinator to join us Jumeirah Carlton Tower in The Peak Spa.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Act as a primary point of contact for members, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and feedback.
Assist with onboarding new members, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about the benefits, events, and community ethos.
Support the coordination and communication of member events, activities, and experiences.
Build and maintain positive relationships with members, ensuring a warm, personalised, and consistent level of service. Greeting by name where possible.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records on MRM, Book4time and Sales Reconciliation sheet.
Prepare reports and data summaries for the Membership Manager, including engagement metrics, renewals, and event participation.
About you

Similar experience in a similar role within a luxury Hotel.
