In this role, you will work closely with the Membership team, the Head of Membership, and key internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the membership workflow. From managing invoice adjustments and updating subscriber details to overseeing membership communications and retention strategies, your contributions will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional experience to our valued members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Membership and Commercial teams.
  • Process invoice adjustments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and resolve membership contract queries, ensuring a seamless experience for members.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate subscriber information.
  • Create and update listings and advertisements on our exclusive member-to-member portal.
  • Contact resigning members to understand their reasons for leaving and offer solutions to encourage retention.
  • Ensure all membership service communications are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards.
  • Use reporting tools to monitor membership processes, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Written Communication Skills: The ability to craft engaging, clear, and factual communications tailored to a diverse audience, from small businesses to senior executives. You should be comfortable writing everything from formal reports and member communications to compelling promotional content.
  • Outstanding Verbal Communication: A confident and professional telephone manner, capable of engaging with members at all levels.
  • Customer-Focused Approach: A proactive attitude to member engagement, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Strong Analytical and IT Skills: Experience with CRM databases and reporting tools to support data accuracy and process improvements.
  • Excellent Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
