The Team

You’ll join BLAST’s Media Rights team, working closely with Sales, Distribution, Broadcast Operations, and external broadcast partners to deliver world-class esports content to audiences globally. You’ll collaborate across regions and departments, while being part of BLAST’s ambitious, and high-performance culture.
The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded, relationship driven Account Manager to manage and grow a selection of media rights partners across various international territories. This role focuses on client success both online and at in-person events around the world, ensuring BLAST’s media rights partners receive outstanding value, service, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Account & Partner Management

    • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned media rights partners
    • Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients
    • Implement rights tables and ensure complete delivery and clients satisfaction

Media Rights Delivery

    • Provide on-site presence to support and service clients in a 360 approach
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contractual media rights are delivered 
    • Monitor partner performance and feedback, ensure agreement compliance

Cross-Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with the wider commercial, audience and broadcast operations teams to ensure premium quality and services are delivered
    • Support live events and key broadcast moments when required

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media/entertainment partnerships
  • Languages:  English (fluent), Russian (fluent)
  • Experience in the esports or sports industries
  • Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to details
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with international partners
  • Willingness to work evenings or weekends around live, in-person and online events
  • Deep understanding of digital distribution platforms (Twitch, Youtube, Kick)
  • Understanding of the commercial esports landscape

    This position is London based, and involves regular travel.
