Are you a senior media strategist with a passion for full-funnel effectiveness and
commercial impact? Do you thrive at the intersection of brand, media, insight, and
performance? If so, this could be the role for you.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Media Strategist to define and lead our
full-funnel media strategy across a portfolio of products. This role is accountable for driving brand awareness and consideration with key audiences, ensuring upper-funnel investment translates into sales-driving traffic.

Working closely with an external ATL media agency, and partnering internally with
performance media, ecommerce, insight and campaign teams you’ll set the
strategic direction for upper-funnel media choices and ensure they integrate
seamlessly with lower-funnel execution. You’ll own the strategic narrative of how
brand media fuels performance, clearly defining, measuring, and optimising the halo impact of upper-funnel activity. This is a 12 month fixed term-contract.

Here's a taste of what you’ll be doing

Upper-funnel media strategy ownership
Translate annual brand and sales objectives into an upper-funnel media brief taking ownership for steering agency output. Responsible for leading strategic targeting and channel choices as well as direct and halo measurement frameworks. Will manage internal stakeholder alignment, approvals and reporting and timely course-correction to optimise performance month on month.

Insight-Led Optimisation
In collaboration with the insights team, strengthen attribution modelling of ATL onto brand metrics. Continuously evaluate performance to proactively iterate course-correct actions that refine media choices, audience prioritisation, and messaging and over time.

Full-funnel performance integration
Accountable for the effectiveness of upper-funnel media and its contribution to lower-funnel performance. Partnering with in-house performance media and ecommerce teams to attribute and boost impact, setting up and measuring KPIs optimising traffic quality and conversion across the full range of products.

Multi-Product Portfolio Strategy

Set upper-funnel media strategy across a portfolio of products aimed at different
audiences with different needs. Monitor market trends to define phasing and
investment that effectively support sales targets.

Stakeholder Leadership
Act as strategic interface between external agencies, internal teams and executive
stakeholders, becoming the trusted partner that effectively supports commercial
goals through insight-led, full-funnel media knowledge whilst demonstrating a
collaborative approach.
