About the role

We’re looking for someone sharp, charismatic, fast-paced, and creative to own their media sponsorship sales cycle from end to end. You’ll also analyze performance data to identify trends and improve outcomes, consistently seeking innovative ways to deliver value to our partners.

  • Work with other teams to make sure campaigns are executed successfully.

In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll think about our core products, how we can expand into new areas, and how we can move even faster. And since we’re a small team, you may have to get your hands dirty to ensure ideas are executed on.

Skills and experience

  • 3+ years in media sponsorship or partnership sales (newsletter, podcast, social or other media).

  • Proven track record of working with high-value partnerships and maintaining long-term client relationships.

  • Is data-driven, with experience analyzing partnership performance and optimizing for ROI, for both the advertiser and the publisher.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and is curious about leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows.

  • Is a strong communicator who excels at pitching, presenting, and managing relationships in short time frames.

  • Enjoys working collaboratively with creative and operational teams to bring campaigns to life

  • Able to commit full-time and has an "all-in" mentality.

  • Bonus: You read The Rundown and are passionate about newsletters.
