The media team is responsible for all paid media channels and work closely with Category, Communications, and eCommerce teams to exceed our business objectives. 

About the role. 

As our Media Manager, you will identify the opportunities to develop and implement media strategies with internal teams and external partners. You will have a holistic view over the media strategy with a funnel approach, manage agency relationships, and coordinate cross-channel audience plans for campaigns. Optimising media investments and identifying new testing opportunities, you will leverage analysis tools and frameworks while fostering strong relationships with Commercial teams to address shared challenges and uncover growth opportunities. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and execute media strategies in collaboration with marketing teams and media partners, ensuring alignment across channels for campaigns and product launches. 
  • Act as the primary operational contact for agencies, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely delivery of planning milestones. 
  • Analyse and optimise media investments, channel mix, and audience plans using planning tools, frameworks, and attribution models. 
  • Provide updates on media innovations, technology trends, and measurement techniques, supporting integrated plan optimization. 
  • Build relationships with Commercial teams and the CoE to address challenges and identify opportunities for growth. 

About you. 

  • Minimum four years of media planning experience in an agency or in-house role. 
  • Proficiency in planning and buying across key media channels, including TV, Print, OOH, Programmatic, Social, and Search.  
  • Expertise in media and audience planning, creative development, and ad operations. 
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data using tools like media-mix modelling and attribution frameworks. 
  • Skilled in identifying strategic opportunities, staying ahead of industry trends, and driving innovation. 
  • Strong organizational, project management, and attention-to-detail skills. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship-building abilities. 
  • Commercial acumen with advanced analytical capabilities.
