TAKE YOUR CAREER IN A NEW DIRECTION

At Eurostar, we’re fuelling the future of rail travel – operating in five countries and sparking new opportunities for travellers. But our trains connect much more than just people and places. They’re helping us build a greener, more inclusive future for everyone. Join us and you’ll be part of a passionate team which always goes the extra mile.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of media activity across the UK, US & ROW - some of Eurostar’s most high-profile markets. You’ll be the go‑to media expert for these markets, shaping how the brand shows up to millions of customers across broad‑reach channels and targeted activations. Your work will play a key part in growing awareness, driving demand and increasing conversion through smart, effective media.

These markets play a major role in Eurostar’s long term growth, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.

This permanent position will be based in our London Kings Cross office with hybrid working (expectation to be in the office two days per week).

The close date for this role is 5pm on 4 February 2026. Candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible; Eurostar reserves the right to contact candidates before close date and to close the role earlier if suitable candidates are identified.

Internal reference only: This is a Grade D role travel services 1-3.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone to:

  • Develop and deliver local media strategies across the UK, US and ROW, ensuring budgets are focused where they create the biggest impact.
  • Lead the briefing and delivery of paid media campaigns, working closely with our media agency and in‑house marketing teams.
  • Represent your markets internally, bringing local insight, cultural nuance and competitive understanding into cross‑market planning.
  • Support test‑and‑learn activity and modern measurement, using insights to strengthen future campaigns.
  • Ensure creative consistency and brand quality across all local assets.
  • Manage day‑to‑day agency performance, ensuring smooth, high‑quality campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate on owned media channels to optimise Eurostar’s presence in your markets.
  • Help track budgets accurately, working with planning and finance colleagues to keep spend on course.

You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that works closely across brand, performance, creative and insights.

You'll need...

  • 3+ years’ experience in media planning across channels such as TV, OOH and digital (agency or in‑house).
  • A strong understanding of the UK media landscape; familiarity with US or international markets is a bonus.
  • Ability to turn strategy into clear, actionable plans that guide agency teams effectively.
  • Experience shaping creative and messaging across multiple platforms.
  • Confidence using data to inform decisions and optimise performance.
  • Fluent English; French or Dutch is a bonus.

This role also offers strong development opportunities, with exposure to senior stakeholders and cross‑market planning.

Process

Our stages for this recruitment process will include an initial self-recorded video interview followed by a two-stage interview process.

We’re constantly working to create a bright future for our company and our colleagues. That’s why we offer a wide range of brilliant benefits, including:

  • Travel benefits that can be used for both work and play including 75% off underground network from Day 1
  • Competitive defined benefit pension scheme
  • Free Eurostar tickets

  • Lots of other exclusive deals, discounts and perks

What you need to know about the London Tech Scene

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
