Allied Global Marketing is a leading full-service entertainmentculture, and lifestyle-marketing agency. We build strategic campaigns for a diverse range of clients that connect audiences with experiences they love. Our team of experts captures the unique energy of each project with customized strategies that deliver on-target messaging and drive bottom-line results. Overview

Our London team works with a wide range of clients across entertainment, tourism, culture, and lifestyle brands, delivering data-driven media campaigns that drive real-world impact.

As a Media Executive, you’ll support the execution of paid media campaigns across media platforms, learning how to translate client objectives into smart, effective media strategies. You’ll gain hands-on experience with key platforms, budgets, pacing, audience targeting, optimisation, and reporting — building a strong foundation for a long-term career in media.

Responsibilities

In this competitive early-career role, you will learn and apply the fundamentals of paid media activation, including:

  • Supporting the planning and day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and others.
  • Assisting in audience research, budget management, campaign setup, pacing, and optimisation.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and contributing to weekly and end-of-campaign reporting.
  • Developing your analytical skill set by working with data, benchmarks, and performance insights.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader strategy and client objectives.
  • Gaining exposure to emerging tools and AI-powered workflows used across the paid media team.

You’ll build hands-on, practical skills that position you for rapid professional growth — including progression into Media Planner/Buyer roles as you develop expertise.

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience executing paid media campaigns in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, or similar platforms is a must.
  • Strong interest in applying analytics and data to solve real-world marketing challenges.
  • Confident working with numbers and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for entertainment, culture, tourism, travel, or pop culture is a plus.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

This will be a hybrid role with two mandatory days in our London Office (Soho) per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
