THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Junior Paid Ads Specialist who is sharp and detail-oriented.
You’ll help launch, monitor, and report on campaigns across our brands, while also supporting influencer research and day-to-day execution work. This role is perfect for someone who wants real responsibility early on, learns fast, and enjoys solving problems independently. RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Setup & Maintenance: Support launching and updating paid campaigns across platforms, double-checking all details for accuracy.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics daily and prepare clear weekly/monthly reports with simple, actionable insights.
Detail-Driven Execution: Ensure budgets, links, targeting, and tracking are correct so campaigns run smoothly and error-free.
Influencer Research & Outreach: Find relevant influencers, research opportunities, and manage outreach, communication, and basic negotiations.
Problem-Solving: Take initiative, try multiple solutions before asking for help, and move tasks forward independently.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with creative and media teams to ensure assets and execution are aligned and organized.
Ownership & Reliability: Manage tasks end-to-end, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively.
Growth & Development: As you show accuracy and responsibility, take on more advanced tasks and deeper campaign involvement.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Attention to Detail: You catch small mistakes and ensure accuracy in every task.
Paid Ads Knowledge: Familiarity with Meta, Google, or TikTok ads — or the ability to learn them quickly.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable reading numbers, spotting patterns, and summarizing insights clearly.
Strong English Communication: Able to communicate updates, write clearly, and coordinate with influencers and teammates.
Research Skills: Effective at finding influencers, gathering information, and using multiple tools or methods independently.
Problem-Solving: You try different approaches before asking for help and move work forward without hand-holding.
Organized & Reliable Work Style: Structured, deadline-driven, and consistent in following through.
Curiosity & Growth Focus:

FIXED SERVICE FEE
Junior: €900–€1,400 after taxes
Mid-Level Specialist: €1,400–€2,300 after taxes

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.
(This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
