You’ll join our Process Engineering team at BakerHicks, where we design and deliver complex facilities for research, development, and manufacturing. This isn’t just about drawings and calculations, it’s about shaping solutions for some of the most innovative projects in the industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Create high-quality mechanical designs, specifications, and reports for process environments and equipment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless project outcomes.
  • Work on concept and detailed designs for plants and manufacturing facilities.
  • Apply your knowledge of OEM standards to integrate equipment effectively.

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Strong technical skills and a passion for process environments.
  • Knowledge of OEM standards and integration.
  • A proactive mindset - ready to challenge the status quo and deliver excellence.
  • Eligibility to work permanently in the UK without a work permit.
