About the job
Your work will cover the coordination and processing of CR’s (Change Requests). Changes on our designs have several different origins: design errors, obsolete materials, manufacturing/production, quality, safety, etc. Though our internal Change Procedure CR’s are initiated and assigned. As a coordinator, you keep track of the open changes, prioritise and plan them, and delegate them within the changes-team. You scan the CR’s and make sure that everything is clear and help change-engineers with solving issues. You assure that the Change Procedure is followed and that the quality of the changes is sound. You will work closely with the mechanical and electrical engineers on the department, with work-package-managers, with production, procurement and quality. In the end accurate and complete 3D models, drawings and BOM’s will be delivered, to have the TPD actual again. You will be the point of contact; within the team, and from outside the team.

About you
•    You have a  Vocational Education or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (MBO - HBO)
•    You have experience with CAD tools (preferable CREO Parametric) and PDM/PLM tools (preferable Windchill)

•    You can structure work and are able to organize what is needed.
•    You are able to delegate work to colleague-engineers and follow-up on that
•    You are a team-player; communicate clearly and manage expectations, and also have fun together

Thales offers
•    An interesting job within a nice team in an international high-tech environment.
•    Lots of opportunities for personal and professional growth.
