Job Description

Join Rotork's growing Master Data Management team and help build a new global function.

As an MDM Analyst, you'll be responsible for maintaining Finance and Product master data across our ERP and business systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process master data requests in line with SLAs and governance controls.
  • Review and triage requests, ensuring the correct actions are taken.
  • Maintain Finance and Enterprise Structure master data across business systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support data quality initiatives, process improvements, and data cleansing activities.
  • Train and support master data requesters and approvers.
  • Document and continuously improve MDM processes and standards.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, master data, or business process administration is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach and enthusiasm for helping shape a new function.
