The Role:
As MarTech Developer, you will be responsible for experience-based messaging campaigns. You will provide critical support to teams across the globe by building campaigns, creating data connections, automating processes, and implementing new marketing technology across Deckers brands. This role requires a quick learner who enjoys technical challenges and working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life.

Your Impact:

  • Build messaging campaigns and journeys using a variety of tools and technologies
  • Perform extensive technical quality assurance on messaging campaigns and journeys
  • Drive usage and best practices on customer-facing messaging platforms by working directly with global cross-functional partners to test and execute segmentation, automation, and personalization opportunities
  • Serve as a technical liaison and regional point of contact within a global team
  • Work across systems to enable the flow of data
  • Document processes, systemic relationships, data definitions, changes, etc.
  • Design automated campaign workflows: triggers, logic, personalization, etc.
  • Coordinate segments across channels to facilitate advanced retargeting and multi-channel contact strategies
  • Work with vendors to support product enhancements and drive adoption across the organization
  • Deliver quality marketing technology campaigns, clear idea responsive web pages, graphics, multimedia, web components
  • Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical teams

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Experience in CoreMedia CMS, Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with responsive design coding and cross-client compatibility
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, APIs, webhooks, Javascript, & SQL
  • Experience with marketing technology tools (email service providers, customer data platforms, tag management, etc.) and/or email development preferred
  • Great presentation skills – ability to build a strong storyline using PowerPoint
