Job Description
Join the Markets Operations Transformation team and design, develop and deliver programs working closely across the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation lines of business.
As an Markets Operations Transformation - Program Management - Vice President in Operations, you will be in a key leadership position within the Transformation Team, which is responsible for driving delivery across multiple geographic and regulatory jurisdictions through the use of process redesign, data, and technology. You will partner across the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation lines of business to continue our strong progress and delivery against our plans.
Job responsibilities

  • Leads, manages and drives execution of key programs across multiple Markets Operations areas
  • Shapes and drives activities supporting the governance infrastructure and protocols including data driven analysis to senior Markets Operations management
  • Manages end-to-end delivery of projects/programs, partners closely with teams across Sales & Trading, Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and other corporate functions
  • Defines objectives and key results, project planning and analysis, resource management, driving or overseeing project execution, and reporting of status to senior management
  • Leverages the latest digital tools and technologies to support development of scalable, leading-edge solutions
  • Leads problem solving and data driven decision making inclusive of process design, re-engineering, and target state modelling


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • The interpersonal skills required to work with colleagues in various teams across the lines of business and support functions, allied with the necessary judgment and maturity to influence junior and senior colleagues alike
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering projects from infancy to implementation with Objectives and Key Results
  • Markets (Foreign exchange, Commodities, Derivatives) or other related financial services experience; experience in an operations and knowledge of industry regulations
  • High levels of resilience and motivation, with an inclination to take rather than deflect ownership
  • Solid critical thinking, attention to detail and analytical skills; ability to synthesize data and formulate appropriate conclusions
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentations skills targeting various stakeholders and senior management
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups
  • Proven ability to achieve quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment requiring flexibility / adaptability to changeable directives
