The opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for for an ambitious Marketo Specialist  to join our team based in Milan. This role is uniquely positioned to blend technical expertise with customer engagement to successfully implement our world-class solutions. You will be pivotal in ensuring our clients compete in their markets and achieve flawless integration of Adobe products.

What you’ll do

  • Be a recognized authority (by clients, partners, and colleagues) in Marketo and other Adobe Solutions
  • Understand the client's technical environment, business objectives, goals, and challenges to provide valuable advice for customer success.
  • Effectively analyze customer challenges, identify possible solution options, and facilitate the presentation and review of the options and our recommended solution with clients and partners.
  • Efficiently multitask, working across multiple client engagements simultaneously while driving key internal initiatives.
  • Actively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying updated with the latest Adobe technologies through internally and externally available learning opportunities and self-study.
  • Interact frequently with clients virtually and in-person - including interaction with marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience with Marketo including B2B and REST API`s
  • Strong understanding of technical workflows, automations and integrations.
  • A passion for helping clients realize the full potential of their investment in Adobe solutions.
  • Ability to adapt and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders in complex situations, employing strong facilitation skills whilst establishing credibility and trust quickly.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, professional and a champion of customer success! .
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within EMEA.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one additional European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish)
