Job Description
The Marketing Team Lead will be part of Devoteam’s internal marketing agency, and you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director assigned to a specific entity in Devoteam. This entity helps customers become a leading platform organisation by providing tech solutions (Cloud, AI, Data) and frameworks based on our strategic partnership with a hyperscaler.
You will take up a leadership role in executing, coordinating, and optimising comprehensive marketing campaigns and assets for Devoteam. For this, it is essential to gain a deep understanding of the division’s business / recruitment / marketing goals and context. At the same time, you work in close collaboration with the other marketers of the internal agency who have specialisations in content marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, multimedia, etc.
Besides managing the execution and creation of marketing tactics, you will take up a leading advisory role to help the Devoteam Marketing Director with shaping and improving the marketing strategy. You will spearhead and drive high-impact campaigns designed at a group level, solidifying Devoteam's influential presence.
Main Tasks:

Marketing operations:

Sync with the Marketing Director on the marketing initiatives to be performed on a global scale. This involves ensuring alignment with the overarching Devoteam (marketing) strategy and evaluating the potential for scalability across multiple countries in the EMEA region. Thereby optimising the output for widespread benefits across various entities.

Execute, manage or coordinate the production of marketing assets. Lead the planning and execution of multiple (integrated) marketing actions.

Have a leading role in determining the right tactics across various channels to achieve the defined goals, ensuring the creation of a cohesive and integrated campaign architecture, and ensuring marketing touchpoints are perceived as relevant for the target audience.

Maintain agility and speed to market when coordinating and executing tasks.

Check on the quality level of delivered assets.

Collaborate closely with the other internal marketing agency teams (Content, Creative & Brand, and Digital) on the production of assets.

Act as a primary liaison between the internal customer and the other agency teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and asset delivery.

Marketing advisory:

You have a leading role in actively supporting marketing and business directors in crafting and refining their marketing plans, by offering strategic insights, setting budget recommendations, providing tactical suggestions and sharing best practices.

Projects & Specialisation

You have a leading role in at least one major project which has an overarching impact on marketing and the organisation (e.g. global corporate campaigns, lead qualification optimisation projects, marketing intelligence projects, etc.)

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyse performance metrics of campaigns and marketing assets, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Report to the relevant stakeholders on how marketing actions were able to generate a positive impact and achieve business goals, demonstrating ROI.

Partnership Management:

Develop and manage strategic marketing partnerships with leading IT vendors like Microsoft, Google, ServiceNow and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to expand Devoteam's reach, generate leads, and drive business growth within the IT sector.

Set up joint marketing activities with the partner such as events, webinars, and content creation. Participate in MDF programs that provide co-funding for specific marketing actions.

Team leadership

As a team lead, you manage and nurture a small squad within the Marketing Activation team that is responsible for the Cloud entity. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning to empower team members to excel in their roles. This includes facilitating task management, providing guidance, performance reviewing and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in B2B marketing campaign management, with an extensive understanding of all relevant marketing domains.

Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams.

Familiarity with marketing performance reporting.

Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.

Familiarity with the services of cloud hyperscalers (such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
Technical Skills:

Able to navigate and work with marketing intelligence platforms.

Able to work with marketing automation and CRM tools to collaborate on assets for lead generation, mailings, ...

Able to work with WordPress to collaborate on website assets is a plus.

Able to work with several digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to collaborate on advertising assets is a plus.

Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Trello).
