Job Summary
As a marketing intern, you will assist in developing our brand voice and strategy across a variety of marketing mediums. You will also be responsible for analyzing the performance of specific channels, monitoring and ensuring KPIs hit targets, and finding opportunities for optimization. You will also work directly with variety of internal departments to drive projects to execution and assist with external vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the conversion funnels for various marketing channels, develop knowledge of KPIs, and their targets
- Develop and execute new creative and outreach campaigns through research
- Collaborate with other departments such as customer service to identify pain points and other areas to optimize in the customer experience
- Execute AB tests and evaluate the results to determine the winner
- Prepare and develop new reporting to aid colleagues, vendors, and senior management with monitoring the performance of our marketing efforts
- Assist the digital content team in the creation and/or positioning of content to increase engagement and customer value
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
Additional Pluses, but not requirements:
- Experience with SQL and working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
