Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Write SEO-rich blog articles, leveraging intermediate knowledge of SEO tools to optimize content and drive organic traffic.
- Take ownership of writing cold emails, targeting potential clients, and generating sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Ideate and create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, in line with our brand voice and target audience.
- Write compelling copy for advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and branding guidelines.
- Work closely with the graphics designer to bring visual content to life and enhance the impact of marketing materials.
- Conduct research on competitor analysis, lead generation, market trends, and other relevant topics to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Utilize tools like Zoho and Salesforce for marketing automation, lead management, and campaign tracking.
- Stay up-to-date with digital transformation processes and industry best practices, incorporating them into the marketing initiatives as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the IT services sector.
- Intermediate knowledge of SEO tools and best practices.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content across various formats.
- Experience in social media management, including content creation and audience engagement.
- Experience running Facebook, Google and LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Zoho, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms.
- Knowledge of digital transformation processes and their application in marketing initiatives.
- Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
