About the role:
TeamMate, a business unit of Wolters Kluwer, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and support marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow their skills in both digital marketing and event management.
You will assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns—both in-person and digital—that drive engagement and support our strategic objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn in a global, fast-paced environment, with occasional international travel and strong mentorship from experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support event coordination for webinars and in-person events across EMEA, including logistics, supplier liaison, and on-site assistance.

  • Assist with digital marketing activities, such as email campaigns, advertising and social media scheduling.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, global marketing) to help create events and sales collateral (e.g., graphics, brochures, signage, giveaways).

  • Assist in creating marketing content such as newsletters, case studies, and product videos.

  • Help tailor messaging and content for local markets and partner networks.

  • Support general marketing operations.

About you:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to digital campaigns and event coordination.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional and remote team settings.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with tools like ON24, Monday.com, Cvent is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices and social media platforms.

  • Interest in developing design and video editing skills (Adobe tools are a bonus, not required).

  • High attention to detail, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is highly advantageous, with the ability to support translation efforts.
