About The Role

As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an ambitious, driven, curious and hands-on Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our International Socials team at Doctify. If you love experimenting, solving problems and using creativity to drive results - this could be your perfect playground!

You'll Be Responsible for

  • Help manage Doctify’s social media channels like youtube,  LinkedIn and Instagram by creating and sharing content that informs, engages, and connects with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Work with our healthcare partners to highlight their success stories and show the impact of Doctify’s platform.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to get ideas for content.
  • Support our commercial teams by helping create marketing materials, such as healthcare case studies.
  • Help plan and manage a content calendar that matches company initiatives, healthcare awareness days, and industry trends.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages.
  • Keep up with new social media tools and platforms to improve our digital presence.

About you

  • Around 6 months of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or Health Tech.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot is a bonus).
  • Some experience with paid social media, especially on Meta or LinkedIn.
  • Experience helping with events or event coordination.
  • Comfortable using Figma, Canva, and AI tools to create or adapt content.
  • Able to read simple data and draw insights.
  • Organised and proactive, able to manage tasks with guidance.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Creative and open to trying new ideas.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a fast-moving team.
