The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic leader responsible for architecting complex, integrated marketing programs that support enterprise priorities. This role designs and oversees the execution of campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, guides content strategy and narrative development, and partners with business partners, commercial and proposal teams to support pursuit-specific marketing and executive communications. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, advanced marketing expertise, and strong analytical abilities.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that align global priorities with local market needs, ensuring consistent messaging while enabling market-specific growth initiatives. The role develops and executes product strategy, demand generation, thought leadership, events, digital marketing, sales enablement, account-based marketing (ABM), and regional go-to-market execution to support Fortrea's commercial objectives.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the marketing lead for assigned priority service / solutions areas.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing strategies and programs to grow assigned business areas utilizing omni-channel solutions including paid, owned, earned and internal channels.
  • Guide content strategy and narrative development for thought leadership, campaigns, and executive communications.
  • Partner with commercial and operations to deliver marketing initiatives that support Fortrea priorities.
  • Support the development and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in partnership with business development leaders
  • Support analytics, testing, and optimization efforts to improve campaign performance and ROI in collaboration with the customer and market insights team.
  • Ensure marketing messaging and claims adhere to Fortrea editorial, legal and regulatory review processes.
  • Track KPIs and share insights with stakeholders to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships, production timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks in support of the marketing team, and all other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, AI and collaboration tools.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in campaign testing, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Experience (Minimum Required):

  • Significant years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on healthcare, clinical research, or CRO environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline impact through strategic marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated success in executive communications and pursuit-specific marketing.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

  • Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
  • Occasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international.
  • Frequently stationery for 6-8 hours per day.
  • Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
  • Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck.
  • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
  • Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
  • Regular and consistent attendance.
  • Varied hours may be required.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
