Dentsu is the network designed for what’s next, helping clients predict and plan for disruptive future opportunities and create new paths to growth in the sustainable economy. Taking a people-centred approach to business transformation, we use insights to connect brand, content, commerce, and experience, underpinned by modern creativity.

The Role

As Marketing Science Manager you’ll specialise in incrementality measurement through either Marketing Mix Modelling or incrementality experiments, playing a pivotal role in assessing the true impact of our marketing efforts on driving business outcomes. You will be part of a team that takes statistical robustness seriously in the design of models and tests and can take the complex and explain it simply. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop methodologies, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of the full range of our products and services for our clients to improve their marketing effectiveness through the usage of MMM, Attribution reporting, experimentation & incrementality testing and bespoke media analytics

  • Act as the client lead for small to medium sized projects, ensuring high quality deliveries and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders

  • Create and present compelling stories informed by our data work for all stakeholders

  • Creation of measurement frameworks and strategies

What we are looking for in you

  • Core understanding of the requirements, limitations & value of marketing effectiveness services such as MMM, Attribution, experimentation and Incrementality testing

  • Ability to execute our core services independently and the ability to guide and train more junior team members

  • Core statistical knowledge

  • Core understanding of how marketing can contribute to business success and strong understanding of marketing theory

  • Understanding how different solutions work together to create a holistic measurement framework

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/PPT

  • R or Python, SQL, PowerBI (or similar technology)

A few of the benefits

  • You'll have a great compensation package, private health & dental insurance, corporate discounts and career development through Dentsu University, and free access to LinkedIn learning

  • 29+ days of annual leave (25 days of regular holidays, birthdays off and 3 additional wellness days)

  • We also offer the opportunity to volunteer for up to 2 days per year and tend to close down the agency between Christmas and New Years

  • You'll have a hybrid working schedule, with flexible start/end hours

Inclusion and Diversity

Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so. For us, this is the foundation for great innovation which, in turn, generates better outcomes for our people, partners and communities. This is why we encourage applications from people with disabilities, and of all ages, nationalities, backgrounds and cultures.

We are happy to discuss flexible and agile approaches to working for all our roles – we can’t promise we will be able to offer you everything you want or need but we do promise to discuss it with you openly and honestly. If you have any reasonable adjustment needs arising from a disability or medical condition to fully participate in the recruitment process, please discuss this with our recruitment teams.
