Position Summary:
The Marketing & Sales Rep serves as the point of contact for multiple customers, including AOG (Aircraft on Ground) coverage for global customers. Attain or exceed pre-determined monthly/quarterly/annual revenue by maintaining highest quality and service standards. Develop new business through existing or potential customers as prescribed by Boeing Distribution.
The selected candidate will be based in either Beijing or Shanghai.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Quotations (in writing) for stock and non-stock items as prescribed by Boeing Distribution (may include sourcing and spreadsheet process with Purchasing), quote entry and follow-up of quoted items with the customer.
  • Worked with respective functions for completion of Boeing Distribution approved contracts, engaged in kick-off meetings, ability in proposing the kind of programs needed.
  • Be involved in the reviewing of terms and conditions in proposed Contracts, work with both Legal and customer in agreeing on the terms.
  • Resolves customer claims with functional departments (Execution, Accounting, Quality Assurance etc.), determine root cause, recommend and implement corrective actions; support Accounts Receivable with cash collection
  • Work with Execution when deliveries are delayed; work with customer in identifying alternate solutions and work cross-functionally to take necessary actions that ensure delivery performance and KPIs.
  • Maintain a professional yet personalized relationship with assigned customers. Grow existing customers by ensuring excellence in service and on-time responses.
  • Influences price, freight, terms, etc. in accordance with guidelines prescribed by Boeing Distribution. Able to negotiate with customer and determine win-win situation for both our company and customer.
  • Supports Boeing Distribution by driving revenue through both inbound and outbound calls by utilizing persuasive conversation techniques.
  • Collaborates with Purchasing on the inventory purchases to support major customers.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
  • Participate in internal and external audits for Sales function
  • Coach and provide guidance to new employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
  • 4-8 years related work experience in customer service, sales or other similar roles
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient knowledge in all MS Office (Excel Word, PowerPoint) applications

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's Degree or higher in Sales or Marketing or Business Administration or Communication or Related field of study
  • Experience in the aviation industry
  • Prior work experience in a Multinational Corporation
