We are actively seeking an Marketing Programs Specialist, EMEA to join our dynamic team. This position reports directly to the VP Marketing, EMEA and offers the flexibility to work remotely from a home office located within the UK.

Position Summary

As the EMEA Marketing Programs Specialist, you will coordinate and execute regional marketing programs on a day-to-day basis. Your primary responsibility is to deliver campaigns and initiatives across the marketing mix that drive leads to the sales and marketing pipeline.

You will partner closely with the EMEA marketing team to translate plans into execution, and ensure programs launch on time, run smoothly, and meet performance goals. You will help us develop and improve the way we work, including how we coordinate translation and localization requirements across the region.

This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across campaigns and digital channels.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone who enjoys getting things done at pace while maintaining high standards of quality and process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the EMEA marketing team, the corporate campaigns team, and regional stakeholders to execute agreed priorities.
  • Manage translation and localization workflows across the EMEA region, coordinating stakeholders and translation agencies.
  • Support the end-to-end execution of demand generation programs, including campaigns and digital.
  • Develop, manage and communicate detailed program timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of all initiatives.
  • Drive projects from initiation through completion, proactively identifying risks and removing blockers.
  • Coordinate the setup and execution of nurture and campaign programs in partnership with Marketing Operations, including briefing requirements, managing timelines and performance tracking.
  • Maintain campaign operations and data quality in Salesforce, including lead processes.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies, including deliverables and timelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights to improve results against pipeline and lead generation goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and cross-team collaboration.

Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing program execution, campaign operations or program coordination roles.
  • Experience working in a B2B technology organization.

Skills

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, positive, solution-focused mindset with a track record of improving processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and CRM (Salesforce) is necessary.
  • Strong customer service mentality.
  • Additional languages (French, German or Arabic preferred) are a plus.
  • Ability to develop or bring in program management tools and best practice processes is also a plus.
  • Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or business
