The Role

We are looking for an execution-focused Marketing Programs Manager to drive high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across EMEA, LATAM and Canada.

This is a hands-on role responsible for turning international strategy into measurable pipeline through webinars, email and nurture, content syndication, blogs, social, and owned and third-party events.

You will work closely with ABM, Channel/Partners, Sales and LDR/BDR teams to ensure campaigns are localised, executed flawlessly, extended through partners, and converted into meetings and pipeline.


What You’ll Own

Integrated Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute end-to-end international campaigns across email, nurture, webinars, blogs, social, events and syndication.
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders and delivery across multiple regions.
  • Track performance and optimise for pipeline impact.

Localisation & Regional Adaptation

  • Adapt global campaigns for EMEA, LATAM and Canada.
  • Ensure messaging reflects local language, cultural nuance, regulatory needs and market priorities.
  • Manage translation and regional review workflows where required.

Webinars & Virtual Programmes

  • Own webinar strategy and execution from topic development to follow-up.
  • Drive registration, attendance and post-event meeting conversion. 

Email & Nurture

  • Build segmented email campaigns and multi-step nurture journeys.
  • Continuously test and optimise for engagement and conversion.

Content Syndication & Lead Generation

  • Manage 3rd-party syndication vendors and targeting criteria.
  • Monitor CPL, lead quality and downstream conversion.

Content, Blogs & Social

  • Create campaign messaging and assets including emails, landing pages, outreach copy and toolkits.
  • Lead blog production aligned to campaign themes.
  • Drive social amplification to increase engagement and registrations.

Events & Partner Extension

  • Promote owned and 3rd-party events with measurable outcomes.
  • Extend campaigns through partners using scalable Campaign in a Box toolkits.

ABM & Sales Alignment

  • Support ABM outreach creation for priority accounts.
  • Align tightly with LDR/BDR teams to ensure strong follow-up, speed-to-lead and meeting conversion.
  • Maintain closed-loop reporting to improve performance.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in integrated marketing, demand generation or field marketing.
  • Proven success executing multi-channel campaigns across international markets.
  • Strong experience with webinars, email marketing, nurture and lead generation programmes.
  • Experience managing content syndication and 3rd-party vendors.
  • Confident content creator with strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience localising campaigns across regions.
  • Highly organised, performance-driven and comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Experience with some of the marketing technology Five9 utilises –Salesforce.com, Marketo, Zoom for webinars, 6sense, Folloze Monday.com,
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, report and optimise campaign performance.
