The Role: We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Programs Manager to develop and execute demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs across EMEA and APAC. You will be responsible for orchestrating multi-channel marketing initiatives, aligning with regional sales teams, and driving measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, a deep understanding of B2B marketing, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs to generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and support regional marketing teams to drive revenue goals.
- Collaborate with sales, regional marketing, and global teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Develop and execute regional marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, webinars, workshops, ABM and Strategic Accounts Marketing programs, partner co-marketing, and field events.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to measure, track, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Act as a central point for global teams to work with to adapt global campaigns to resonate with regional audiences across diverse markets in EMEA & APAC.
- Manage regional project timelines, budgets, sponsorships and deliverables to align with marketing goals.
- Templatise events and scale across the regions? Bring best practices to regional activities. Identify new formats and test for effectiveness.
- Take the lead on coordinating partner marketing with the global teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or data/analytics solutions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital marketing tactics.
- Experience working with sales teams and aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing impact and optimizing for results.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and regions.
- Experience marketing in EMEA and/or APAC, with an understanding of regional differences and best practices.
