An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join us to develop and integrate marketing campaigns for our upcoming webinars. Who are we looking for? The perfect candidate will be an enthusiastic, passionate, organised Marketing Executive keen to move into a progressive, successful, client-focused business, or perhaps a keen marketing/business coordinator looking to take the next step in their career. Your passion for making things look, feel & sound amazing will see you master the challenges of a demanding and varied role. About the role Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive will be at the frontline of, to quote one of our clients; “bringing their own webinar to life” in our office in Hatton Garden. No two days will be the same, as you get to grips with coordinating marketing webinars, managing the website updates, registrations and working closely with the production, operations and sales teams to keep our client's pool of prospects abundant and engaged.

Salary: competitive plus quarterly commission

Job Description

·         Maintaining and managing the database and preparing targets for each campaign (using Pardot and Salesforce)

·         Actively managing the database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for direct mailing activities

·         Creating campaigns, html promotional emails

·         Preparing webinar/workshop e-shots and monthly Newsletters

·         Scheduling marketing campaigns

·         Producing regular reports/stats on activity levels

·         Liaising with webinar clients/companies regarding marketing materials

Qualifications

·         Excellent writing and editing skills coupled with bags of creativity

·         Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel

·         An ability to think-out-of-the-box

·         Commercially minded with experience of working to achieve targets

·         Intelligent, quick witted and able to use own initiative

·         Online Content and Basic Website Management

·         Data Management

·         Proofreading skills – Excellent Attention to Detail

·         Maintaining webinar stats

·         Knowledge of Google Analytics reporting

·         Excellent oral communication skills at all levels and superb listening skills

·         Highly organised and self motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks.

·         Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines, and work with staff.

·         A-level or Graduate level education or equivalent
