Grosvenor Hart Homes is a new social enterprise on a mission to improve the life chances of children, young people and their families and we are looking for a Marketing & Product Manager to join us based out of our London offices as we expand our multi-disciplinary team. This is a new role and is part time, for 3 days a week, with some flexibility on agreed contracted hours.     

Addressing three critical foundations, we provide high-quality affordable homes simultaneously paired with employment and wellbeing support programmes, tailored around the needs of individuals, and designed to empower them to overcome barriers, fulfil their potential and achieve better life outcomes.

The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for planning and executing a marketing strategy and plan that promotes and positions Grosvenor Hart Homes’ (GHH) unique offering to relevant stakeholder groups as defined within the 10-year plan.  This role will develop and oversee the suite of marketing materials and products needed to support GHH, defining the appropriate channels to achieve maximum impact and uptake, ensuring stand out from our competitors.

Key role responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy and productise GHH’s offering and suite of materials.
  • Develop a strategic and operational marketing plan to competitively productise the GHH unique offering to relevant target stakeholder groups.
  • Lead on development and execution of a suite of materials, working with Grosvenor’s Communications team, to support the L&D programme to GHH colleagues, and internal GHH communications and activities as needed.
  • Establish a process and associated support/software needed to evaluate and monitor marketing campaigns and materials, working within a defined budget and offering solutions to fit within budgetary constraints. 
  • Regular provision of reports on the impact of the marketing campaign/channels as defined within the Marketing Plan to the ELT, providing analysis and optionality to boost impact as required.
  • Oversee the commissioning and development of the GHH Digital Concierge (App) working with Grosvenor’s Brand Communications team.
  • Oversee the sourcing, vetting, onboarding and management of any new providers as required and agreed to support the implementation of the agree Marketing Campaign. Any creative/design work will be done/sourced through Grosvenor’s Communications team.
  • Management of marketing budget against clear goals.
  • Regular engagement and interactions across all relevant Grosvenor businesses to understand them, and to promote and propagate the positive impact that GHH is making and how that contributes to and benefits Grosvenor’s brand reputation.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Product Manager with the following essential skills and experience:

  • Experience at a senior level within a marketing role, with evidence of leading and executing successful marketing campaigns covering diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience of developing strategic and operational marketing plans, and being a critical part of leadership team thinking and planning success
  • Understanding of how to identify and develop bespoke materials to suit different target stakeholder groups via different mediums.
  • Understanding and experience of using digital communications and resources to meet the needs of different user groups.
  • Familiarity with housing management software (e.g., Orchard, Civica, Northgate), tenant engagement platforms, IoT for smart housing, and PropTech solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with demonstrable ability to interpret and convert business plans into creative briefs.
  • Ideally holding a Bachelor degree in communications, marketing or MBA, and/or professional accreditations (CIM) etc.
