The Role
The Marketing Planning Executive plays a central role in supporting the effective planning, coordination and governance of our global marketing activity. This role provides essential operational support for globally aligned projects; the development of our risk and controls activity; and monitoring and reporting.
Woking closely with the Head of Marketing Strategic Planning, you will work on projects across our global teams, and help provide business management support to the Chief Marketing Officer.
This role is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team, and gain exposure to various areas of marketing and global markets, while contributing to meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate cross regional and cross functional marketing projects, effectively managing timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
Work closely with the different Marketing teams in facilitating the marketing planning activity.
Support the ongoing development of the Marketing Controls Framework including assisting with the Marketing Controls Forum, monitoring of improvement initiatives, and embedding best practices across the team.
Prepare and develop Marketing MI reports for the Marketing Leadership Team.
Draft regular internal reports for Boards and key forums, identifying areas for reporting improvement.
Provide business management support to the CMO and Head of Marketing Strategic planning including meeting management and preparation of decks.
Delivery of the marketing training plan.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Strong interest in marketing, and asset management and a keen interest to learn and develop in this space
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured way
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
